-DB3150 CID53 issue resolved.
-Improved flashing of Siemens 3618, 6618, ME45, S45, S45i.
-Identification by TAC for A2 fixed.
-CID upgrade scripts have been updated.

In this update:
1. Enabled Read/Write full flash for A2 platform (DB3210 chip).
2. Windows Vista compatibility issue is resolved.
