Интересно как смотрел. Открываешь сайт setool.net и в самом низу есть dounload и там есть вот это.

•TOP micron (setool s/n 177500 and above)
Card update : • smartcard updater
• update procedure
Отсюда и качаешь дрова а потом заходишь на поддержку и скачиваешь самую новую версию Setoola.
