Thank you for taking the time to contact T-Mobile. Below you will see the Instructions for unlocking your LG
device.
NOTE: If you receive an error message while performing the instructions below, stop. Please be aware that if
an excessive amount of incorrect attempts are made, the phone will be permanently locked.
Insert Non T-Mobile SIM card in to the device. Once the device is powered on the screen should display
"Invalid SIM card Network lock."
At the bottom of the screen tap the Unlock box.
Select/Tap Unlock USIM.
Next select/tap network lock. A SIM unlock process message will appear on the display.
Select/tap OK.
Entertheajnlock codepravided. _._,__,„-.
Select/tap OK.
Reenter the code.
Select/tap OK.
10. Message should display "Unlock Process Complete."
11.Select/tap OK.
12. The phone will restart.
