Added support for unlocking Nokia S60 Symbian phones without testpoint using online method, consuming credits.
Supported models: 5700x, 6110N, 6120c, 6121c, 6124c, 6290, e51, e66, e71, n76, n81, n81 8g 5320x, 6210n, 6220c, 6650, n78, n79, n85
This unlocking method consumes 100 credits.
