Samsung Rocker supported models and operations !

Hi,

As from today, for Samsung Rocker there is no need for additional activation strings. It will work on all Rocker Dongle cards !

We also wish to welcome back old coder to team !

Here is latest BETA version, with few fixes and AGERE models improvement. We still need test reports with QUALCOM flashing. Posting logs from software is welcomed !

1.12.
- Added support for flashing msm6250/6250A family, tested on z240, boot flashing working
- new look of 3g qualcomm control dialog, regular readioGroup used just renamed to sRadioGroup1 due compatibility issues
- smaller dimensions for sGroupBox5
- commonData.pas, for all '3g' models added flash support,
- Tab added (Other, 3g Qualcomm) for easier phone picking, due this change 3g qualcomm control dialog shows on TabControl

- Reset bug (Reset never happens) after Boot Flash repaired
- Added "softReset", Reset Phone to Download mode. Only after Boot Flashing
- Added reading phone model and address from Flash File, msm_*_addr arrays in specificData.pas are now absolute. Also MSM_*_BOOT_ADDR arrays in specificData.pas are absolute now
