You dont need to press "Connect" each time when flashing phone now. It's enough to switch to "Flash" TAB and add file(s) You want to use one by one.

You can check "Auto Unlock" if You want also to unlock phone in same step.
You can find new ODM Rocker attached here. To download it, You must be registered user !

ODM Rocker 1.28 RC1

Here is new ODM Rocker beta version, with some of the new features:

* LBI w156, w160, w161 Unlock support

* SE Locosto models flash backup



We're in process of adding SE Locosto models flashing, so it would be nice if users can contribute by reading backups from phones.
Flashing will include language change, repair bad sw and ofcourse IMEI patch.

*ODM Rocker 1.28 RC2 - SE Locosto flashing Test*

This is release candidate 2.

Whats new:

- Added flashing for T250, T250i etc
- Added flashing for R300,
- Added flashing for T280

If You want to change language, just reflash FW part. Take note, DO NOT leave "Full" option checked.
Flash files for T250, T280, R300 are ready at support.

To flash phone, use following steps :

- Press "Connect" and wait for boot process to be finished
- Tick "FW" to sellect proper part for flashing
- Open FW file You want to flash
- Press write

DO NOT downgrade firmware, phone will be unoperable. Making FULL backup prior to flashing is recomended.

If phone gets locked after flashing, use ODM_Unlock_v1.20g to unlock it.

If You want to erase user code, flash "Clean_FFS" using "FFS" option.

In order to unlock these phones, You need to build UART cable according to schematics from bellow image. Wire colours from
Mini USB cable are important, wire colours on RJ45 cables my be different, so on RJ45 side You need to use pins 2, 3 and 7.

To unlock phone follow these steps:

- Power off the phone and connect to cable
- Press "Connect" in software
- Shortly press "Power" button on phone
- Once phone is connected - press "Unlock"

There are two sequences with erasing and writting, make sure to wait for both. Log will look like this :

About Motorola W388 and W396:

Direct unlock is not fully tested. So please try it only on Your own phone. If You are unsure about it, just read eeprom
backup and upload to W388/W396 codes thread.

About Tracfones security repair:

We can not unlock K3 phones. But, now we can repair security if You have wrongly flashed it.
To repair this phone - reflash full backup from support including eeprom, and simply press "Unlock".

ODM Rocker v1.33 Moto W450 direct unlock supported !

Whats new ?

* Added direct unlock for Motorola W450
* Changed J132 unlock method
* Fixed W270/W230 unlock bugs

Motorola W388 and W396 code calculation is still free ofcourse, but we have one important statement:

- Phones damaged with smart clip will have WRONG codes. We are working on solution for this problem, so please dont upload eeproms from phones which is "unlocked" by smart clip.
- Direct unlock and repair for these models is going to be released next week.

Just to have it in mind, ODM Rocker is still ONLY available solution to unlock Motorola EM325. (released by vodafone in australia and many other countries)

Here is USB Drivers installation procedure for Locosto USB based models :

* Motorola W156
* Motorola W160
* Motorola W161

* Motorola W397
* Motorola W397V
* Motorola W450
* Motorola W360
* Motorola EM325
* Motorola ZN200


Since Motorola released support for Locosto USB models with latest driver installer, procedure has been changed:

* Download "Motorola_Internal_Driver_Installation_3.5.0.msi" from Rocker Dongle Support
* Remove any previous Motorola Drivers installation
* Start "Motorola_Internal_Driver_Installation_3.5.0.msi" and install it
* Press "Start -> Programs -> Motorola Driver Installer -> Motorola Driver Installer.exe"
* Select "Clean and Reinstall"
* Reboot Your PC

At this point You can connect Your Locosto USB motorola in POWERED OFF state to Your USB PC port. Drivers should be installed automatically.
In case You have damaged registry, You will have to do this manually :

* Start Device Manager (Right click My Computer -> Manage -> Device Manager)
* Connect powered OFF phone to USB PC port
* In Device Manager, "Locosto" device will apear
* Double click on it, select "Driver" then click "Update Driver"
* Driver wizard will start, select "Install Driver from Specific Location"
* Press next and point wizard to "\\Program Files\Common Files\Motorola Shared\MotPCSDrivers\Drivers"
* Drivers installation procedure will be finished


Important note for Smart Clip users:

Since smart moto fuks windows registry and inf files, You'll have to run special utility before using Rocker software, in order to clean system from trash:

* Download "Clear_SC_Driver.rar"
* Unpack and execute it
* Click "REMOVE"
* Reboot system and proceede to steps for normal installation
